While at dinner last night, Magic Knight Rayearth cosplay came up, and so I just HAD to show people this fine example of video game marketing from the mid-90s...

And then there's the similarly styled Game Gear Rayearth commercial, which I was surprised could not be found on Youtube... so off I went trawling my hard drives and now it's here for all to see...

Yeah, I think live action Rayearth would be crazy (awesome).

Yeah, I really liked Rayearth when I was a kid...

YES PLZ.

It honestly would not be that hard to make a movie for this. I don't even care if it's some kind of "LOTR rip-off"; it's RAYEARTH!
